My fellow hostesses were Shawna, Dena, Caitlin and Jamie. If you are thinking to yourself- wow, I’m surprised they pulled that off… that makes two of us. Baby shower planning event number one took place at Porch Swing and while it did not produce any good ideas (unless you count “drinking from baby bottles” scribbled on a piece of paper with hearts all around it as a solid idea) it did land Caitlin a boyfriend. So maybe all was not lost.
Baby shower planning events 2 through 20 were much more responsible and productive. They were also not at bars. (Correlation not yet proved) Thanks to the magic of public accounting I didn’t get to be nearly as helpful in the end as I should have been but luckily my fellow hostesses are fabulous.
Congrats to Jenn and Taylor who will make amazing parents. I can’t wait to meet little Noah and to teach him allllll about celebrity gossip and shoes. Wait- is that not what you do with boys?
